Terms of service

Pomary is a free tool for hosting a shareable career profile — your CV, documents, links and contact details on one page, with a QR code that points to it.

It is not a job board, a recruitment agency, or a background-checking service. We do not verify the accuracy of anything on a profile, and we make no representation to employers about any user.

• —You must be at least 16 years old.
• —Provide a real email address — you will need it to confirm your account and reset your password.
• —Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• —One person per account. Don't impersonate anyone else.

Everything you upload stays yours. You keep all rights to it. By uploading, you give us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your files and to display them on your public page when you have chosen to make them public.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it is not:

• —Someone else's personal data or documents, shared without their permission.
• —Illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material.
• —Malware, or content designed to phish or defraud a visitor.
• —A forged qualification, certificate or reference.
• —Infringing someone else's copyright or trademark.

If content breaches these rules we may remove it or suspend the account, usually with notice, and immediately where there is a risk of harm.

Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim one that impersonates a person or organisation, is used to mislead, or squats on a name the account holder has no connection to. Usernames are not sold or transferred between users.

• —Don't scrape, bulk-harvest or automate access to other people's profiles or contact details.
• —Don't try to break, overload, or find vulnerabilities in the service without telling us first.
• —Don't use Pomary to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
• —Don't resell the service or present it as your own.

Pomary is free. There is no trial, no card required, and no feature locked behind payment today. If we ever introduce a paid tier, existing features you already rely on will not be taken away without clear notice and a way to export your data first.

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

Keep your own copies of important documents. Use the JSON export in your dashboard — do not treat Pomary as your only backup.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost job offers, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; it is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
